Why KettleHour

Most "free" freelancer tools ask for an email address before they show you a number. KettleHour does not ask for one. Every tool here runs entirely in your browser, so your rates, client names, and invoice figures stay on your own device and are never uploaded. That also makes the tools fast and private, and they still work on a spotty connection.

The tools are built for independent workers who bill their own clients: designers, developers, writers, consultants, coaches, and anyone else running a one-person business. Each one comes with a short, honest guide that explains what the number means and how it was worked out.

KettleHour gives general information to help you run your freelance admin. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Before you act on anything important, check the rules for your country, and talk to a qualified professional when the stakes are high.
